Administrative support and customer/supplier service **Automotive Administrative Assistant Position** **Main Responsibilities:** Organize vehicle files, precautionary reports, inspections, and Purchase and Sale Agreements. **Vehicle Transfer Processes** Organize transfer documents and monitor them with the licensed agent; organize documentation for ownership transfer (ATPV-e). **Management System:** Input and update data for used cars in the internal system and on sales portals. Administrative Support: Customer and supplier service via telephone, WhatsApp, and in person. Control of keys and spare keys, manuals, and physical organization of vehicle documents. **Common Requirements:** Minimum: Completed high school education. Proactive attitude. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and others. **Experience:** Prior experience in administrative routines, preferably within the automotive sector. **Profile:** Good communication skills, organizational ability, and dynamism. **Salary:** Average salary for an Administrative Assistant **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and meal allowance.
