**Job Description** --------------------- We are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Inspector to perform inspections on equipment and systems using specialized tools such as vibration analysis and thermography. The professional will be responsible for identifying potential failures, developing diagnostics, proposing solutions, and generating detailed reports. In addition, they will guide the maintenance team on best practices for predictive inspection. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Perform regular and systematic inspections to identify signs of wear and potential failures in equipment and systems using vibration analysis tools, thermal imaging cameras, strobe lights, pyrometers, laser shaft and pulley alignment tools. * Know how to use senses applied to sensory inspection. * Have a sense of urgency and ability to report deviations found during inspections. * In-depth knowledge of machine components. * Collect and analyze monitoring data such as vibration, temperature/thermography, and lubrication. * Develop problem diagnosis and propose solutions. * Prepare detailed reports on equipment condition and make recommendations for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Apply predictive maintenance techniques and tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. * Train and guide the maintenance team on best practices and predictive inspection techniques combined with sensory inspection. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Maintenance (in progress or completed). * Certification in NRs and predictive techniques, with focus on Lubrication. * Work experience: 2 years. * Critical thinking. * Commitment to safety and workplace organization. * Effective communication. * Ability to work in a team. * Sense of responsibility. **Benefits** -------------- * Hazardous Duty Allowance: 30% of base salary; * Transportation via leased vehicle; * Lunch at affiliated restaurant; * Semapi Educa Program; * Semapi Escuta + Namu Program; * Health Plan: Co-payment | Unimed; * Dental Plan: Co-payment | Amil; * Life Insurance
