Job Summary: Perform civil, carpentry, joinery, metalworking, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance services in building environments, ensuring the proper condition of equipment and facilities. Maintenance and operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) **Responsibilities:** * Perform civil maintenance tasks, including masonry, plastering, floor tiling, ceramic and porcelain tile installation, and minor structural repairs; * Carry out carpentry, joinery, metalworking, and welding activities, such as fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal and wooden structures; * Install and maintain doors, windows, frames, and glass; * Perform hydraulic maintenance tasks, identifying and fixing leaks, replacing pipes, valves, and fittings; * Conduct basic electrical maintenance, such as installing and repairing outlets, light fixtures, and electrical circuits; * Perform basic maintenance and operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), following technical guidance; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and mixtures for repairs and adjustments; * Conduct routine inspections to ensure the preservation of equipment, tools, and facilities; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in building maintenance; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
