Development of institutional graphic materials **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute internal communication campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's culture and values; * Develop content schedules and scripts (institutional, campaign-related, and internal communications); * Manage internal communication flow, ensuring organization, clarity, and prioritization of requests; * Strategically analyze communication channels and touchpoints, monitor social media performance, and identify opportunities for improving internal communication; * Develop institutional graphic materials in accordance with the company's visual identity standards. **Key Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut) * Experience in internal communication and exposure to corporate environments involving management of communication channels; * Valid driver's license category B Compensation: R$1\.853,05 \- R$5\.076,42 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
