We specialize in fuel stations, delivering training programs, technical reports, technical documents, occupational assessments, and leak-tightness testing. **Job Description** We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with **AutoCAD** expertise to support our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for: * Supporting the drafting of floor plans, sketches, and technical diagrams using AutoCAD * Updating and organizing technical files and drawings * Reviewing technical documentation and reports * Issuing, reviewing, and organizing certificates and reports * Performing eSocial system entries * Communicating with clients for technical alignment and document submission **Requirements** * Basic or intermediate knowledge of **AutoCAD** * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills for remote client support * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative routines * Prior experience in a technical environment or with OSH-related documentation is preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in **Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Interior Design, Graphic Design**, or related fields **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.814,00 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 495,00 (with 20% payroll co-payment) * **Transportation Allowance:** as needed * **Life Insurance** * **Hot coffee available daily** * **Rest area available for employees** If you pay close attention to detail, enjoy working with technical drawings, and want to join a dynamic workplace, **this job is for you!** **\#Join \#CIA!**
