Job Mission Responsible for executing channel- and region-specific strategies ("Success Photography") across assigned stores, ensuring proper exposure and organization of our products at client locations, as well as building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and engaging effectively with all store stakeholders to maximize business with clients. Key Responsibilities Visit store sales floors to identify execution opportunities, primary shelf replenishment, refrigerator stocking, and additional display points. Organize inventory to ensure all products registered in the network/store maintain a minimum stock level aligned with turnover and delivery frequency—maintained in an organized and clean manner. Pull products to fulfill identified opportunities during visits and restock primary shelves, refrigerators, and additional display points in an organized manner using clean products. Ensure all displayed products comply with HEINEKEN BRASIL’s "Success Photography" standards and, whenever possible, secure new additional display points and expanded shelf space. Monitor virtual inventory by tracking both system and physical stock levels, and when necessary, propose purchase orders to the store; perform preventive stock rotation based on the "first expiry, first out" principle across all inventory, additional display points, and shelves. Ensure all products displayed in-store are priced according to HEINEKEN BRASIL’s defined pricing policy—whether at primary or secondary sales points; execute all requested campaigns using merchandising materials, racks, permanent material setups, etc. Conduct in-store evaluation surveys to drive improvements or resolve potential deviations from HEINEKEN BRASIL’s standard execution practices.
