Proven experience, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team We are hiring a **Sewing Machine Operator** to work on garment production and finishing, ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, bias binding, and others as required); * Perform garment assembly, adjustments, and finishing; * Interpret patterns and technical specifications; * Ensure final product quality; * Maintain an organized workplace. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a sewing machine operator; * Knowledge of various sewing techniques and fabrics; * Attention to detail and meticulousness; * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale garment production; * Knowledge of garment alterations and repairs; * Agility and productivity.
