Additionally, we have a specialized department for pet grooming and bathing, veterinary care, and a pet hotel. We are seeking a responsible and committed **Delivery Motorcycle Rider**, whose mission is to deliver products to our customers promptly, courteously, and attentively. The ideal candidate will serve as the professional face of our company, ensuring full customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** **Your daily routine will include:** * Delivering pet shop products within Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Region (using company-provided vehicle); * Verifying the quantity of products to be delivered and ensuring they are in good condition; * Planning delivery routes to optimize time and delivery efficiency; * Maintaining contact with customers to confirm delivery times and ensure their satisfaction; * Collecting payment for delivered products and ensuring accurate receipt of payments; * Keeping the delivery vehicle in good working condition; * Maintaining accurate records of deliveries made and payments received; * Performing other related tasks. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education. * Valid Class A driver’s license (CNH A). * Prior experience as a motorcycle delivery rider. * Basic math knowledge. * Experience handling credit/debit card payment terminals. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (ADDITIONAL ASSETS):** * Experience operating a cargo box (baú). * Experience handling weight-related tasks. * Prior experience as a pet shop motorcycle delivery rider. **SOFT SKILLS:** * Teamwork; * Emotional and social intelligence; * Productivity; * Autonomy; * Collaboration; * Commitment; * Agility; * Ability to handle unexpected situations; * Sense of urgency and organization; * Proactivity; * Responsibility. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 12:48 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Availability to work on alternate Sundays is required. * Weekdays and weekends. **SALARY:** * R$ 1\.998,49 (per month). **BENEFITS:** * 30% hazard pay. * Company-provided vehicle. * Medical and dental assistance; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * Life insurance; * Attendance bonus: basic food basket; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Sesc partnership; * Performance targets; * Overtime pay at 100%. ***If you are a dedicated professional, enthusiastic about challenges, and committed to expanding your career opportunities with excellence, don’t hesitate to join our team!
