We are supporting a renowned company engaged in selling high-end home decoration items for this hiring. **Main Responsibilities:** Benefits Management Electronic Time Clock Management Payroll closing, data entry, and labor calculations Knowledge of CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) Hiring and termination procedures Time tracking control Benefits Management **Essential Requirements** Minimum 3 years of experience in HR department routines Completed high school or higher education Strong verbal communication skills and organizational ability Easy access to Vila da Serra neighborhood **We Offer:** R$ 3,000.00 + VR of R$ 27.00/day + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance (after 1 year) Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday CLT position On-site work at Vila da Serra neighborhood Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Meal allowance, health insurance, and transportation allowance
