




Job Summary: This role supports the unit's administrative routines, managing inventory, procurement, fleet, contracts, and local HR, controlling inventory levels, performing deliveries, and requesting supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support focused on inventory and procurement management. 2. Inventory level control and delivery deadline tracking. 3. Contract management and invoice issuance. Key Responsibilities: * Support the unit's administrative routines, with focus on inventory, procurement, fleet, contracts, and local HR support. * Monitor inventory levels, perform deliveries, request purchases, and track delivery deadlines for supplies and services. * Register contracts and measurements, and issue invoices according to purchase orders. * Responsible for requesting PPEs and making necessary contact in case of workplace accidents.
