If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Contribute to the development and implementation of company projects by applying innovations, new methods, equipment, and instruments that optimize resource utilization, improve productivity and infrastructure, facilitate company processes, and monitor construction execution while supervising adherence to the defined scope—aiming for delivery of stable, fully operational projects within client-defined criteria. **Detailed Description:** * Preparation of engineering technical documentation; * Technical supervision of food industry plant projects, focusing on mechanical disciplines; * Critical analysis of ongoing projects; * Integrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical alignment, safety, and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Proven experience in industrial projects and/or construction, especially in food industries; * Experience in construction monitoring, measurements, and scope control; * Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and material lists; * Knowledge of mechanical project development; * Strong communication skills with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Availability for technical visits and travel; * Knowledge of 3D modeling of mechanical components and assemblies; * Selection of appropriate materials according to requirements for strength, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, temperature tolerance, etc. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in the food industry; * Availability for travel/relocation. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: On-site; * Work Location: Araxá/MG; * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more, in the ability to turn them into reality.
