**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Professional Training Instructor – Gastronomy, your main challenges will include:**
* Delivering classes aligned with your area of expertise (e.g., Chocolates and Truffles, Culinary Fundamentals, Traditional Mineiro Pastries, Cake Preparation Techniques, Confectionery Techniques, Meat Preparation, Artisanal Bread Preparation), integrating theoretical and practical content with students;
* Guiding and mentoring students during subject-specific activities and exercises to reinforce and enhance learning;
* Assessing competency development in accordance with the course syllabus.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed high school education;
* Professional experience in specific gastronomy-related activities;
* Leadership skills; strong communication; dynamism; flexibility; good interpersonal relationships; teamwork spirit.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* A completed undergraduate degree—Bachelor’s in Gastronomy, Nutrition, Food Engineering, Home Economics, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Prior classroom teaching experience;
* Willingness to share knowledge.
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Senac Coromandel/MG (in-person);
* Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
