Technical and commercial support with cost and timeline information We are looking for a Budget Analyst to join our team, with a focus on precision, organization, and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications: \* Organization: maintain files, documents, and deadlines under control. \* Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets: mastery in creating and interpreting formulas, tables, and charts. \* Budget preparation: knowledge of cost calculation, inputs, and services. \* Reading and interpretation of project drawings: ability to extract technical information from floor plans, sections, and details. \* Proven experience in the field. Requirements: \* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. \* Advanced Excel proficiency (advanced level is a plus). \* Familiarity with budgeting software and project reading tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is a plus). \* Analytical ability and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: \* Prepare detailed budgets for construction works and services. \* Analyze projects and technical specifications to estimate quantities and costs. \* Update and manage cost spreadsheets and price databases. \* Support technical and commercial teams with cost and timeline information. \* Contact suppliers for quotations and negotiations. \* Salary: R$ 3\.300,00 \* Meal Allowance: R$ 250.00 \* Fuel Allowance: R$ 240.00 \* Unimed Health Insurance Plan, with the company covering 50% of the monthly premium; co-payment is fully borne by the employee when used.
