If you wish to grow in a cooperative environment, this is your opportunity to join us! **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users (systems and technologies); * Support requirements gathering and analysis, as well as the definition of technical solutions; * Support the execution of unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests; * Investigate system process failures and inconsistencies, and propose improvements; * Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation; * Register and track service requests in the ticketing system (GLPI); * Support the development of technological solutions for business areas. **What We Expect From You:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Desired technical knowledge; * Process analysis; * Basic accounting knowledge (assets, liabilities, expenses, revenues, journal entries, and accounting closing); * Basic knowledge of fixed assets (depreciation, cost vs. expense, rates, and characteristics); * Understanding of average cost, production cost, and agricultural cost. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate knowledge of SAP FI, FI/CO, and FI/AA; * Basic knowledge of SAP MM and SD; * Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools; * Knowledge of DEBUG (ABAP / SAP error analysis); * Experience with SAP S/4HANA; * Participation in academic or personal projects related to SAP modules FI, FI/CO, FI/AA, MM, and SD.
