The professional will be responsible for administrative routines related to fuel consumption, ensuring organization, data verification, and support to involved departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and registration of fuel supply invoices * Verification of fuel consumption reports * Monitoring of fuel cards/contracts * Updating internal spreadsheets and systems * Administrative support for departmental routines * Contact with suppliers, when necessary **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Good communication skills and proactivity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in supply management, fleet management, or consumption control * Experience in administrative routines **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits according to company policy * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for learning and professional growth Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 – R$2.730,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
