Technician R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.102,00 CLT employment regime Job Details Conducting theoretical training for apprentices, engaging in dialogue with companies, applying work methodology with classes, and performing enrollment procedures in systems. Office organization activities and administrative tasks including printing and filing time sheets. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to vulnerable groups. Guiding participants on cross-cutting themes related to apprenticeship, and delivering necessary content and projects for the Program’s development. Requirements Minimum Education Level Completed undergraduate degree Other Requirements Completed degree in human development fields. Interest in working with vulnerable youth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30 hours per week). Residence in Guaxupé/ MG. Experience in group facilitation, lesson plan development, and classroom instruction and management is desirable.
