This person will support partner areas in defining, cascading, monitoring, and assessing goals, while also ensuring the integrity of information and the goal management system. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure end-to-end governance and management of the annual goal cycle—from planning through closure. * Coordinate goal and indicator controls, monitor action plans, and consolidate data for executive reporting. * Administer and provide support for goal management systems (e.g., Mereo, SAP), including configuration. * Lead monthly goal assessments and annual goal closure, ensuring data integrity and supporting PPR processes. * Develop impact analyses, reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making. * Serve as a technical reference and internal consultant on goals and indicators, supporting HR Business Partners and business units. * Conduct training, capacity-building sessions, and develop communication materials related to goal management. * Support critical processes such as annual closure, PPR, strategic planning, and executive forums. * Identify risks and opportunities, and propose continuous improvements to goal management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in goal management, performance indicators, and strategic cascading. * Proficiency in methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Policy Deployment (GPD), and/or OKRs. * Advanced Excel and executive-level PowerPoint skills. * Experience with goal management systems (Mereo, SAP, Siteware, or similar). * Strong analytical capability, systemic vision, and autonomy in managing critical processes. * Communication and consultative engagement skills with stakeholders across all hierarchical levels. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Power BI and/or Python * Financial knowledge * Experience in strategic planning * Project management experience **Additional Information** **Location: Pinheiros – SP** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday (Hybrid)** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—see our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (per location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development & Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the “Crescer” Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
