Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare complete individual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Explanatory Notes). * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). * Support the accounting closing process and balance sheet analyses. * Support accounting reconciliation processes and review of provisions; * Participate in the preparation and analysis of individual and consolidated financial statements; * Execute monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Provide support for other accounting routines, ensuring alignment with company policies; Demonstrate proactivity and effective time management, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery. * Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Prior experience in accounting, specifically in closing and reconciliations; * Knowledge of tax regimes: Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional; * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Protheus, etc. preferred).
