Join us in building the future of technology! **Position: Observability Analyst** **What will you do daily?** * Serve as a technical reference for Elastic Stack, ensuring platform sustainability and evolution. * Implement and configure Elastic APM, log and metric ingestion (Beats, Logstash, pipelines). * Design index modeling, ILM, and data retention strategies, ensuring performance and governance. * Create technical and executive dashboards in Kibana, translating data into strategic insights. * Perform advanced troubleshooting of application, infrastructure, and Elastic cluster performance. * Support integrations with Kubernetes, virtualized environments, and Cloud. * Provide technical support in environments using Dynatrace. **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields). * Solid knowledge of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats). * Experience in index modeling and management; * Hands-on experience with Elastic APM, including deployment and optimization (tuning). * Knowledge of ILM (Index Lifecycle Management); * Experience with Query DSL and KQL for queries and data analysis; * Ability to perform troubleshooting on Elastic clusters; * Experience with Ingest Pipelines; * Experience in high-criticality corporate environments, with focus on stability, performance, and availability. **Nice-to-have (not mandatory):** * Certifications such as: Elastic Certified Engineer, Dynatrace Associate / Professional, Elastic Observability Engineer, Azure Fundamentals. **Join IT\-ONE!** We are driven by people—diverse, unique, and essential.
