




Job Summary: We are recruiting a Financial Analyst - Budget to join our People & Management team, responsible for developing, consolidating, and reviewing the annual personnel budget and conducting financial analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement with the annual personnel budget 2. Financial variance analysis and development of forecasting models 3. Preparation of executive presentations and monitoring of KPIs We are recruiting a candidate for the position of **Financial Analyst \- Budget** to work within the company’s People \& Management team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, consolidate, and review the annual personnel budget (headcount, salaries, labor charges, benefits, profit-sharing plans (PLR), provisions, and other related costs); * Conduct monthly variance analyses between actual and budgeted figures, explaining deviations and identifying risks and opportunities; * Develop and update forecasting models considering various business scenarios and assumptions; * Monitor and update corporate headcount, tracking movements (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers); * Perform financial impact simulations related to salary adjustments, organizational restructuring, collective bargaining agreements, benefits, or new compensation programs; * Prepare executive presentations, KPIs, and dashboards for committees and senior management; * Monitor relevant KPIs and variances, supporting the identification of risks and opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in personnel budgeting and analytics; * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Knowledge of labor legislation, labor charges, and payroll structure is a plus; * Experience in building financial models and forecasts. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week Inspira offers: Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Auster; TotalPass.
