Ensure projects are delivered with quality and on schedule We are recruiting a candidate for the position of **Employee Experience Analyst**, to join the People & Management team. **Job Mission** Support the development and sustainability of the employee experience journey, ensuring organization, schedule tracking, delivery control, and data management for People & Management programs. This professional acts as an operational facilitator for experience initiatives, ensuring that projects move from planning into execution with quality, timeliness, and visibility across involved departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the organization and tracking of employee experience programs (engagement, rituals, climate actions, internal communication, recognition, etc.); * Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment is maintained among involved departments; * Serve as a control point (“beat the drum”) to ensure responsible parties complete agreed-upon steps and deliverables; * Structure and maintain controls, spreadsheets, workflows, and checklists for experience programs; * Support the standardization of operational processes related to the employee journey; * Track internal department requests related to experience initiatives; * Consolidate and organize data from internal surveys (climate, engagement, satisfaction, etc.); * Support the creation of reports and dashboards for monitoring experience programs; * Monitor participation, adoption, satisfaction, and impact indicators for implemented initiatives; * Support analyses to inform decision-making by the People & Management team; * Support communication of experience initiatives, ensuring deadlines, invitations, and instructions are disseminated to relevant departments; * Interact with leaders, BPs, and partner departments to track initiative progress; * Organize materials, presentations, and records for programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Project organization and tracking (schedules, action plans, checklists); * Data consolidation and basic analysis; * Indicators related to climate, engagement, and employee experience; * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets); * Task and project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday or similar). **Additional Information** Workload: 44 hours per week Inspira offers: Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Auster; TotalPass.
