DWDM and photonic DWDM systems. * Conduct advanced analyses to prevent failures and continuously improve infrastructure. * Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for monitoring and decision-making. * Create and enhance applications focused on process automation and optimization. * Contribute to improvements, corrections, and rewrites of existing solutions. * Work with software and hardware technologies, including photonic DWDM optical systems. * Develop web applications and customized solutions for integration with internal systems. * Support specialized teams in the Services Infrastructure area. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices in network engineering. * Enterprise network transmission, ensuring functionality and availability of assets. * Ensure recovery processes align with established technical best practices and standards, promoting quality and efficiency. * Meet defined deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs), acting responsibly and committed throughout all process stages. * Diagnose failures and propose effective technical solutions, contributing to reduced recurrence and increased network reliability. * Implement continuous improvements in recovery processes, seeking resource optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced equipment performance. * Document and report performed activities, maintaining traceability and contributing to technical knowledge management. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing information and best practices to ensure operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
