Join Nexa and be part of mining that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform low-complexity corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on fixed mine equipment—both surface and underground—ensuring equipment remains in good working condition and supporting optimal operational performance; * Assist in executing tasks according to received maintenance work orders, including those scheduled weekly as well as unscheduled corrective actions, thereby contributing to achieving the mine’s electrical maintenance performance indicators; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, promoting safe execution of tasks; * Immediately report all unsafe conditions and incidents to the immediate supervisor, enabling prompt and effective containment actions; * Perform other routine or specific project-related tasks, as directed by the immediate supervisor, consistent in nature and complexity with the position; * Complete the training schedule covering general standards and operational procedures defined in the Company’s Management System, ensuring adequate and satisfactory performance of job-related activities and contributing to achieving and/or maintaining the company’s certifications and defined operational results; * Fulfill health, safety, environment, and quality obligations, instructions, schedules, and training, in accordance with the Company’s established procedural standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical training course * **Skills and Competencies** * Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings; * Basic knowledge of electrical control systems; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity, teamwork, organization, and safety focus. **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
