We make things happen — always with great courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform and support building maintenance activities and residential/industrial painting services, contributing to the preservation, integrity, and safety of facilities in compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards * Carry out building maintenance tasks, including minor civil repairs, structural adjustments, and general conservation services * Prepare surfaces for painting by performing cleaning, sanding, scraping, degreasing, rust removal, and basic treatment of metallic, concrete, and masonry substrates * Apply residential and industrial paints and coatings * Support simple electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, traps, and faucets * Conduct technical cleaning and conservation of external areas, including roofs, gutters, and water tanks, according to established procedures * Comply with safety regulations, operational checklists, and technical instructions, using appropriate PPE and supporting the isolation and organization of maintenance areas **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience in plumbing repairs, civil construction, and industrial painting * Availability to work in Uberaba/MG **Additional information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
