We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Analyst with analytical vision to join our specialized clinic — a reference in innovative treatments, personalized care, and cutting-edge dermatological services. Main responsibilities: Participate in biweekly mentoring meetings to define and align Instagram strategies. \-Create, plan, and execute marketing actions and campaigns. \-Guide the fast-media team according to the strategic plan. \-Coordinate communications with partners, suppliers, and service providers. \-Shoot and edit creative and engaging videos for the clinic’s social media channels. \-Align marketing initiatives with the sales team, focusing on performance and conversion. \-Monitor, measure, and present results of executed initiatives. \-Organize tasks via the Operand platform and collaborate with the team using tools such as Trello. \-Actively participate in internal meetings and ensure proper use of provided equipment. **Requirements** \-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \-Knowledge of digital marketing, paid traffic, and content strategies. \-Experience managing projects and using tools such as Trello or Operand. \-Familiarity with Canva (preferred). \-Experience in video editing and proficiency with apps such as CapCut and InShot (preferred). \-Courses or formal education in marketing, strategy, or digital marketing. ### **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM \- PJ (Individual Contractor) arrangement **Job Benefits** * Monthly Gympass subscription Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
