We are a household goods importer seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to play a vital role in our business success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging and labeling all parcels, as well as efficiently organizing inventory. Responsibilities: * Accurately pick all products according to orders. * Conduct item verification to ensure accuracy of products shipped to customers. * Organize inventory efficiently, keeping it clean, tidy, and easily accessible. * Monitor inventory levels and regularly communicate with the team to ensure proper product replenishment. * Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. Requirements: * Prior experience in packaging, labeling, and inventory organization, preferably in an e-commerce environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. * Proactivity and ability to handle high-demand situations while remaining calm and efficient. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Physical capability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
