Responsibilities include: \* Customer service via WhatsApp; \* Clarifying questions regarding products, delivery timelines, payments, and exchanges; \* Processing orders in the system; \* Following up on abandoned carts and open sales opportunities; \* Effectively closing sales. To perform well in this role, the candidate must be: \* Proactive and organized; \* Possess strong communication skills; \* Have sales experience; \* Punctual and committed.
