




Job Summary: Responsible for the technical supervision of meal production and distribution, planning, inventory monitoring, and training implementation, ensuring sanitary compliance. Inventory monitoring and quality control **Requirements:** \- Completed undergraduate degree; \- Active CRN registration; \- Prior experience as a Production Nutritionist is considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** \- Technical supervision of meal production and distribution in the prison; \- Planning of production orders and issuance of purchase requests; \- Inventory monitoring, quality spreadsheet control, and adherence to sanitary best practices; \- Delivery of periodic training sessions to the kitchen staff; \- Compliance with requirements set by Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory agencies; \- Oversight and updating of the unit's technical and administrative documentation.
