Lead the global identity program **Job Description** This position requires on-site work in Contagem, MG. **Who will you be working with?** You will work closely with the **Global Cybersecurity \& Identity Team**, collaborating with Identity Analysts, Identity Engineers, Security, Compliance, and Business stakeholders across **Americas, EMEA, and APAC**. This team is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving Wabtec’s enterprise Identity, Privileged Access, and Governance capabilities to support a secure and scalable global environment. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the **Global Cybersecurity – Identity \& Access Management** team, the Senior Identity Engineer will play a critical role in advancing Wabtec’s global identity program. This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity \& Access Management (IAM), and Identity Governance \& Administration (IGA) solutions, with a strong focus on CyberArk Privilege Cloud and BeyondTrust. The Senior Identity Engineer partners with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, enhance control effectiveness, and improve operational maturity. This role delivers high\-impact, scalable identity solutions while acting as a technical authority and escalation point across PAM and identity governance services. **What do we want to know about you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Experience in Identity \& Access Management or a comparable security engineering role * Strong hands\-on experience with **Privileged Access Management (PAM)** solutions * Proven experience with **CyberArk Privilege Cloud (SaaS)**; BeyondTrust experience required * CyberArk certification preferred (Guardian, Sentry, or equivalent) * Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally; * Willingness to work flexible hours across global time zones (primary coverage afternoon/evening IST) **What will your typical day look like?** * Collaborate globally with Identity Analysts and Engineers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC to deliver secure, reliable identity services * Design, configure, implement, monitor, and operate CyberArk privileged access solutions * Oversee onboarding and lifecycle management of service accounts and high privileged accounts (HPAs), including standard and non\-standard integrations * Serve as the subject matter expert for CyberArk Privilege Cloud, providing advanced troubleshooting, support, and continuous improvements * Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with governance policies and required controls * Lead and support complex integrations across identity platforms * Implement automation and scalable improvements using PowerShell to reduce incidents and improve service efficiency * Establish reporting, metrics, and operational cadences; track performance and drive continuous improvement * Act as an escalation point and advocate for end users and business stakeholders * Participate in identity architecture planning and design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices * Contribute to identity strategy and roadmap development * Apply project management skills to coordinate identity initiatives and ensure timely, high\-quality delivery * Coordinate with third‑party service and support vendors to maximize uptime and resolve problems efficiently * Perform other related duties in support of the identity program and IT security objectives **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
