Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; * Conduct complex failure diagnostics; * Install, configure, and calibrate auto-pilot and GPS systems; * Interpret diagrams; * Maintain CVT transmissions; * Prepare lists of required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer; * Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; * Manage field service administration via the Dealer platform and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; * Monitor customer portfolio; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Residency in CASCAVEL-PR; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * Technical training in a relevant field is a plus. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
