This area specializes in the development and management of financial solutions tailored to the corporate segment. Our commitment is to deliver products and services that excel in meeting the needs of companies of all sizes—serving both retail and wholesale markets. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Product Owner, you will work within the Corporate Products Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Defining scope and MVP; * Managing the backlog; * Designing business workflows; * Guiding and ensuring prototype development; * Directing and guaranteeing clarity and validation of benefits associated with scope and MVPs; * Mapping and ensuring involvement of all areas and systems across project phases, with integrated planning among them; * Identifying risks, blockers, and process impacts; generating squad performance indicators and proposing improvement action plans; * Writing user stories, defining test scenarios, conducting UAT, and facilitating ceremonies such as Definition of Backlog (DOB), Definition of Ready (DOR), Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, System Demos, and PDCA cycles. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience managing digital products from conception through continuous evolution; * Ability to map risks and assess impacts with a solution-oriented focus; interpreting information into user stories, business rules, features, workflows, and processes; * Knowledge of problem-solving techniques; customer- and company-value delivery focus; backlog definition and prioritization aligned with business metrics and user experience; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Experience developing digital products; * Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar; * Data analysis using metrics for prioritization and performance tracking; * Experience with A/B testing.
