The professional will be responsible for implementing, automating, and optimizing continuous delivery, infrastructure, and observability processes. for: * Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing **CI/CD** pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.); * Automating and managing infrastructure on **Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)** and **On\-Premise** environments; * Orchestrating containers and applications on **Kubernetes**; * Performing **monitoring and logging** using tools such as **Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, and Minio**; * Ensuring best practices in **security, compliance, and observability**; * Developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (**Terraform, Ansible, etc.**); * Supporting strategies for **scalability and high availability**; * Collaborating with the Engineering team on **continuous improvement of DevOps processes**; * Creating **technical documentation and continuous improvement plans**. **REQUIREMENTS WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **Mandatory: proven experience in brokerage firms, asset management firms, or investment fintechs;** * **Advanced Linux proficiency;** * **Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.); * **Knowledge of monitoring and logging** (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, Minio); * **Kubernetes experience**, including deployment, management, and scalability; * Experience with **infrastructure-as-code** (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation); * Experience in **security, compliance, and process automation**; * Proficiency in **scripting** (Bash, Python, etc.); * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** and DevOps culture. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience in hybrid environments and complex digital transformation projects. **OUR BENEFITS FOR YOU (PJ/Cooperative)** * 15 paid days off after 1 year of contract; * Birthday leave.
