The position targets professionals who approach litigation analytically and strategically, capable of structuring legal arguments, assessing procedural risks, and independently managing cases. Main Responsibilities * Define procedural strategies with legal risk analysis * Draft procedural documents and consistently support legal arguments with sound technical reasoning * Strategically and systematically manage litigation cases * Directly interface with clients * Attend in-person hearings when necessary Requirements * Law degree with **active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)** * Experience in **Civil Law and Civil Procedure** * Practical experience in **strategic litigation** * Strong organizational and case management skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience or knowledge in **Tax Law** * Familiarity with **legal practice management systems** What the Firm Offers * A technically robust and well-structured environment * Strategic involvement in key litigation matters * Professional autonomy * Opportunity for career growth and development **Location:** Uberlândia – MG **Work Model:** Remote, with in-person hearings as required.
