Job Summary: AI Engineer to develop and enhance AI solutions, participating from problem understanding to delivery, in collaboration with business and data teams. Key Highlights: 1. Work with structured and unstructured data, including RAG usage We are seeking an AI Engineer to collaborate with business areas in developing on-demand AI solutions, supported by an internal data team. The professional will be responsible for developing and enhancing AI solutions, participating from problem understanding to delivery, with support on more complex architectural decisions. The professional will work alongside business and data teams, contributing to end-to-end AI solution development. This includes: **Responsibilities:** * Develop AI agents and applications using modern frameworks * Create conversational solutions using LLMs, including memory and context * Integrate different language models, considering cost and performance with guidance from the team * Work with structured and unstructured data, including RAG and vector databases * Implement integrations with APIs and internal systems * Support the construction of data pipelines and automation workflows * Contribute to best practices in coding, versioning, and documentation **Requirements:** * Experience with Python and AI-focused libraries * Hands-on experience with LLMs and practical applications (e.g., chatbots, automations, etc.) * Experience with APIs and data manipulation * Knowledge of vector databases or semantic search (RAG experience is a plus) * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Familiarity with Docker and version control (Git) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar * Experience with MLOps or model deployment * Experience with data extraction (web scraping or document processing) * Exposure to production AI system architecture * Experience with conversational solutions ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Python, AI-focused libraries, LLMs, APIs, Data manipulation, Vector databases, RAG, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Git, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLOps ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Remote Work Allowance, Totalpass, Education Assistance, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher ### **Department:** Growth \& Digital Strategy
