We seek leaders committed to continuous learning, who recognize the value of teamwork and have the courage to make difficult decisions when necessary—all with empathy, ethics, and commitment to MadeiraMadeira’s Leadership Principles. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Monte Belo do Sul, RS Responsibilities: **✨Activities You Will Lead:** Your mission will be… * Conduct shift handovers, verify loading/receiving schedules, and organize cargo loading; * Hold meetings with the operations team; attend daily warehouse and logistics meetings to discuss results, deviations, and corrective actions; * Monitor employee attendance, redistribute staff according to demand, and manage absenteeism and timesheets; * Track daily KPIs, identify deviations, and align strategies for correction; * Perform warehouse rounds to verify 5S, safety, and task execution, completing checklists and opening service requests as needed; * Plan transfers in coordination with the control tower and transportation teams; * Define and conduct training sessions, participate in feedback discussions, and promote team development; * Ensure proper use of PPE by the team, investigate safety incidents, and implement corrective actions aligned with HR.
