




Job Summary: The Financial Specialist will manage and optimize financial operations, ensuring financial health and transparency, with a key interface with international operations in China. As a Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s financial operations, ensuring the health and transparency of our finances. You will play a critical role in planning and executing strategies that support our growth, with a key interface with our international operations—especially in China. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Cash Flow Management: Monitor, analyze, and forecast the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments. * Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process—from invoice receipt and validation through payment scheduling and execution—ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines. * Financial Planning: Collaborate in developing and monitoring budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making. * Vendor Management (Accounting, Tax, and Legal): Serve as the primary contact and manage relationships with external accounting firms, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure regulatory compliance and process optimization. * International Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective communication with the team in China, aligning financial strategies, reporting, and processes to ensure global integration. * Banking Relationship Management: Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiate banking terms and products, and optimize capital structure and debt management. * Financial Resource Management: Optimize the allocation and management of the company’s financial resources—including short- and medium-term investments and placements—to maximize profitability and security. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in cash flow management, accounts payable, and financial planning. * Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation, and corporate legal procedures. * Fluent English for effective communication with international teams. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * Prior experience in companies with international operations or collaboration with teams outside Brazil. * Familiarity with financial ERP systems, especially Oracle NetSuite.
