Ready to join us? **What You’ll Do at Aiko:** * Assemble and maintain hardware products, including soldering electronic components and circuit boards, and assembling electrical wiring and power harnesses. * Configure hardware products and perform rigorous bench testing to ensure quality. * Validate equipment returned by customers, generate damage reports, and perform cleaning when necessary. * Identify equipment, register it in systems, request supplies from inventory, and organize component storage. * Support leadership in technical training of the team, assess production activity quality, assist coordination in team performance evaluation, and contribute to developing procedures and work instructions. * Support leadership in software and hardware testing for new products and developments. * Provide technical support to the inventory department for item identification and procurement, report non-conformities, and safeguard company equipment and assets. **Essential Skills:** * Completed technical course in Electronics. * Proficiency and hands-on experience with bench instrumentation; knowledge, handling, and soldering of electronic components. * Proven experience in assembly and maintenance of electronic products, and in using and calibrating testing/assembly tools and instruments (multimeter, caliper, screwdrivers, etc.). * Knowledge of Windows, Office, and hardware system configurations. * Organizational skills, strong analytical ability, teamwork, good communication, proactivity, creativity, and empathy. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. * Knowledge of Linux systems. * Knowledge in telemetry and embedded systems. **And the Benefits?** ***Allowances:*** * Meal/food allowance paid via Ifood Benefits Card; * Mobility allowance paid via Ifood Benefits Card; * Referral bonus (cash reward per successful employee referral); * Life insurance. ***Health and Well-being:*** * Co-payment health plan: Bradesco Saúde; * Dental plan: Odontoprev; * Gympass/Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Avus and Starbem — Online telemedicine and psychological counseling platforms; ***Continuous Growth and Development:*** * Habla Aiko (weekly Spanish course); * Online learning platforms offering courses across diverse topics, available for unlimited use; * Feedback-oriented culture; ***Collaborative and Relaxed Work Environment:*** * Team celebrations held throughout the year; * A collaborative and supportive team ready to assist with any exchange you need; * A modern and well-structured workplace.
