Negotiation of commercial agreements and importation **Mission Details** ------------------- Negotiate productive materials, raw materials, or on-demand items: Seek cost reduction within quality specifications and delivery timelines. Submit reports with comparative analyses among suppliers: Follow department policy (3 quotations) to facilitate supplier selection and cost analysis. Assess the quality of current suppliers: Annually present analyses of new suppliers, especially for high-demand and high-volume items. Present the supplier code of conduct and ensure its implementation. Monitor and conduct quality follow-ups (FUPs) with suppliers: Verify items specified in negotiations. Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers: Adhere to procurement policies and aim for cost reduction. Negotiate service, construction, and project contracts according to internal customer requirements. Process purchase orders in the system per established procedures. Negotiate with overseas suppliers and monitor importation processes. Analyze contracts signed with suppliers: Define negotiation strategies focused on cost reduction. **Required Profile** -------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
