Responsible for pharmaceutical care activities in chemotherapy, including drug compounding, inventory management, and dispensing, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.

Responsible for performing all activities inherent to pharmaceutical care processes in the chemotherapy pharmacy and, if necessary, the satellite pharmacy, including compounding supportive medications, managing inventory movement, and dispensing materials and medications, while ensuring accurate system recording of all transactions, proper inventory organization and control.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Follow occupational risk protection guidelines;
* Use personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with systemic procedure guidelines;
* Compound supportive medications (pre\-chemotherapy);
* Verify proper operation of the Class II B2 Laminar Flow Hood, refrigerator, and air conditioning unit in the chemotherapy pharmacy;
* Comply with emergency evacuation plan requirements and occupational risk prevention systems jointly established by SESMT and CIPA;
* Perform all pharmacy routines according to established job instructions and systemic procedures for the position;
* Process medication and material outgoing and return transactions via the MV system;
* Assemble and dispense kits via the MV system per job instructions;
* Perform all routines outlined in the monthly task schedule;
* Conduct emergency cart verification and restocking per the activity’s systemic procedure;
* Participate in inventory activities;
* Conduct rotating inventories as directed by supervision;
* Dispose of recyclable materials properly;
* Dispose of materials and medications properly;
* Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient-related information;
* Receive medical/nursing prescriptions and/or nursing requests, then proceed with item selection, billing, and dispensing;
* Receive, verify, and store materials and medications transferred from the distribution center;
* Alert supervision regarding unusually high consumption of materials or medications and depletion of stock for specific items;
* Conduct monthly validity checks on stop carts;
* Accurately complete required records (temperature log, activity schedule);
* Promote departmental organization (cleaning and organizing shelves, workbenches, drawers, and workstations);
* Restock workbenches and shelves daily;
* Deliver protocolled documents;
* Investigate inventory discrepancies based on medication dispensing reports;
* Read and record ambient and refrigerator temperatures; report temperature deviations immediately upon occurrence;
* Conduct validity checks per IT FAR HL 013;
* Perform double-checks for potentially hazardous medications;
* Verify controlled medication inventory per Ordinance No. 344/98;
* Apply contingency plans whenever necessary;
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed high school education;
* Pharmacy Technician certification.
* Computer literacy.
