**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Key Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and remote service to cooperative members, offering support and guidance regarding products, services, and electronic channels. Assist with account opening and maintenance, updating registration data, and formalizing financial transactions. Support product and service proposals by conducting inquiries and verifying documents. Encourage the use of digital channels, guiding cooperative members on the safe use of tools. Support debt regularization and renegotiation in accordance with internal policies. Collaborate effectively with the branch team to achieve commercial and satisfaction targets. Identify and report atypical financial transactions in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Completed high school. Desirable: Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Prior experience in customer service or finance is desirable. Desired knowledge: * Customer service and sales techniques. * Financial products and services. * Legislation applicable to the financial and cooperative sectors. * Basic understanding of Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations. * Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
