Job Summary: This professional will provide in-person and remote customer service, support cooperative members on financial products and services, assist in transaction formalization and digital channel usage, and contribute to achieving business goals and member satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service and support to cooperative members regarding financial products and services. 2. Assistance with account opening and maintenance, and formalization of transactions. 3. Promotion of digital channel usage and debt regularization. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Main Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and remote service to cooperative members, offering support and guidance on products, services, and electronic channels. Assist with account opening and maintenance, updating registration information, and formalizing financial transactions. Support product and service proposals by performing document checks and verifications. Encourage the use of digital channels, guiding cooperative members on secure tool usage. Support debt regularization and renegotiation processes in accordance with internal policies. Collaborate proactively with the branch team to achieve commercial and satisfaction targets. Identify and report atypical financial activities as required by internal and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Completed high school. Preferred: Undergraduate studies underway in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Prior experience in customer service or finance is desirable. Desirable knowledge: * Customer service and sales techniques. * Financial products and services. * Legislation governing the financial and cooperative sectors. * Basic understanding of Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
