Handles service provider dispatching, cost control, issue resolution, and customer interactions via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and video calls. * Provide specialized support to Members and Service Providers, focusing on heavy vehicle-related requests; also handle light vehicle-related requests; * Conduct inbound support, resolving incidents such as automotive breakdowns, collisions, towing needs, locksmith services, and others; * Follow internal procedures carefully, including application of specific questionnaires according to request type; * Support leadership in identifying failures, fraud indicators, risks, and situations that may cause losses to members, partners, or the company; * Prioritize operational efficiency, always aiming for the shortest response time and best possible customer experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Solid computer skills; * Experience in customer service and towing dispatch for heavy vehicles; * Easy access to the Estoril neighborhood/BH; * Experience working night shifts. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Location:** Estoril — On-site work **Shift Schedule:** 12x36, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **Benefits of being \#Tato:** * **Caju Card** A flexible card you can use wherever you prefer — whether lunching with coworkers or grocery shopping.
