· Assist butchers in storing meat in cold chambers to preserve it. · Assist in cleaning the meat display counter, self-service meat counter, meat grinders, scales, knives, equipment, and the butcher department. · Assist in organizing the meat display counter in the butcher department and self-service meat counters inside the supermarket. · Assist in monitoring the temperature of meat display counters and self-service meat counters to ensure proper product preservation; · Assist in serving customers by weighing and packaging meat according to their needs. · Comply with all regulations and procedures related to the butcher department, especially regarding the use of PPE. · Perform related tasks as required by departmental needs and instructions from immediate supervisors.
