If you aim for outstanding results, we offer exceptional opportunities to help you get there. **Let’s go together \#RumoAoInfinito?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with leaders and managers across different company departments to understand their needs and challenges related to people development. * Provide strategic consulting and guidance on talent management and leadership development. * Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a focal point for human development-related matters. * Participate in strategic meetings and discussions to ensure people-related decisions align with the company’s vision and values. * Conduct training and development needs analyses jointly with managers, identifying competency gaps and improvement opportunities in line with the company’s strategic objectives. * Collect and analyze data related to performance, employee feedback, and labor market trends to guide human development initiatives. * Collaborate in developing and implementing performance evaluation processes and tools, providing guidance and support to managers throughout each stage, including feedback and improvement plans. * Prepare reports and presentations to deliver insights on trends, the impact of human development initiatives, and propose effective solutions for identified needs. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs by collecting participant feedback, analyzing performance indicators, and proposing necessary adjustments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience managing turnover, absenteeism, and retention metrics during the probationary period.
