




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and analyzing cash flow, performing bank reconciliations, and controlling financial routines, contributing to the improvement of treasury processes. Supporting management and process improvement The role involves preparing, monitoring, and analyzing cash flow, performing bank reconciliations, controlling payment and collection routines, supporting management in cash forecasting and working capital control, as well as contributing to the organization and improvement of treasury processes. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Prepare, update, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements; \- Perform bank reconciliations (checking accounts, investments, loans, and fees); \- Execute payment and collection routines; \- Support management in cash forecasting and working capital control; \- Organize and maintain updated financial files and controls; \- Support internal and external audits, when required; \- Suggest improvements to treasury operational processes; **Required Qualifications:** \- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; \- Prior experience in finance, specifically in treasury functions; \- Proficiency in Excel; \- Prior experience with ERPs; \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines; \- Strong analytical ability and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts); \- Experience in cash flow forecasting and variance analysis; \- Experience managing multiple bank accounts and financial operations; \- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation; \- Familiarity with SQL for financial data extraction and analysis; \- Knowledge of VBA for automating routines and reports; \- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools; \- Familiarity with databases and system integration. **Benefits:** \- Meal allowance; \- Commuting allowance or transportation voucher (VT); \- On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily fruits; \- Health insurance (after 90 days); \- Dental insurance (after 90 days); \- Pet health insurance (after 90 days); \- Gym membership plan; \- Pharmacy benefit plan (after 90 days); \- Partnerships with educational institutions; \- Birthday day off.
