Our goal is to provide merchants with a new payment method to increase sales in a simple, straightforward, and agile way; simultaneously, we aim to empower consumers to purchase what they want without being burdened by high credit card interest rates. ***Join Pagaleve’s Operations team!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update and **monitor all performance indicators** for the merchant base — both performance metrics (New Lives, GMV, Rates, Lead Time) and experience metrics (NPS, Churn) — via **database queries** and report creation in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets). * **Identify, map, and improve processes**, procedures, and systemic enhancements to boost operational efficiency and maximize results — always in a scalable manner. * **Support analytical foundations and strategies** for the department’s key projects. * Lead outcome forums, delivering insights and thought-provoking observations based on analyzed metrics; * Collaborate with the Account Executives and Operations teams to develop and monitor action plans and retention campaigns. * Break down complex problems into smaller components, identify primary bottlenecks and greatest improvement opportunities, and generate actionable plans — prioritizing and implementing them effectively; * Leverage artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.) to maximize analytical and technical capabilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in retail and/or payment companies and/or e-commerce; * Results-oriented professional; * Ability to summarize and communicate robust plans in a simple and pragmatic manner; * Proactivity and comfort working in high-velocity environments; * Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL; * Critical and creative thinking. * Strong interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** * For your well-being and that of your family, we offer a health insurance plan covering 100% of the employee and 75% for the first dependent; * Dental insurance; * Monthly discount voucher for stores accepting PIX Installments; * Birthday day off; * iFood Benefits; * Gympass; * Flexible work model (2 days per week onsite) with office access at Av.
