Job Summary: Develop and maintain operational/strategic dashboards, perform ETL/ELT processes, and execute complex SQL queries to ensure data consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring consistency and integrity of presented information **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Practical experience with **SQL (MySQL or similar)** for data manipulation and querying. * Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations. Experience with **Qlik Sense** is the primary focus (knowledge of Snowflake is a significant advantage). * Knowledge of data modeling, ETL logic, and Intermediate/Advanced Excel. * Analytical and investigative capability for data validation, strong time management skills to handle concurrent tasks, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain operational/strategic dashboards and KPIs (with focus on Qlik Sense). * Perform ETL/ELT processes: extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, .CSV files, and Snowflake). * Execute complex SQL (MySQL) queries involving multiple joins, aggregations, and filters for dataset creation and data validation. * Ensure consistency and integrity of presented information through rigorous verification and validation. * Manage the internal company ticketing and request queue. * Support business areas in defining and understanding business rules, and keep technical and operational documentation up to date.
