Together with you, in infinite possibilities. **#VemPraCima #VemPraCielo** **Responsibilities and Duties** There’s a place for you in this mission: * Develop, review, and update the Retail VP’s financial forecast, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with actual performance across revenue lines; * Conduct variance analyses (forecast vs. actual), identifying key deviations, explaining changes in the scenario, highlighting successes, errors, and unforeseen impacts; * Monitor evolution between successive forecasts, identifying drivers increasing or decreasing results (revenues, expenses, volumes, margins, costs, etc.); * Break down the Retail VP’s budget, consolidating a detailed and structured view of all financial line items; * Conduct in-depth analyses of impact lines through to Commercial Margin formation, connecting revenue, direct costs, expenses, and other components. Develop insights and strategic recommendations, applying critical and analytical thinking focused on performance; * Support financial cycles including Budget, Forecasts, and Monthly Closing; * Prepare executive presentations with clarity and conciseness, highlighting risks, opportunities, trends, and strategic directions; * Preferred: knowledge of budgeting and expense forecasting (variable costs—e.g., payroll, commissions, travel, operational expenses; administrative and operational expenses; and allocation and apportionment models). **Requirements and Qualifications** What does the #TimeCielo expect from you? * Proven experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Controllership, Business Finance, or related areas; * Solid knowledge of: Forecast construction and critical analysis of budget variances, and budget breakdown by business units; Profit & Loss structure (Revenue, Costs, Expenses, Margin); Variable costs (payroll, travel, operational, etc.); * Knowledge of SQL and Databricks (querying, data manipulation, and processing).
