With the power of many curious minds, together we can continue solving the world’s most complex challenges and generating greater impact. **Job Title: DIGITAL INNOVATION ANALYST PL SP** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, optimize, and manage cloud-based data architectures (Cloud SQL), ensuring performance, scalability, and availability; * Serve as the technical integration point between digital solutions and the central database using APIs; design data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling to support applications and innovation projects; * Evaluate architecture and technical feasibility of new tools and applications, defining integration and storage strategies; * Apply best practices in data governance and information security, supporting digital transformation specialists in building robust and scalable digital products. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Postgraduate studies/MBA or specialized courses in related areas are considered advantageous. * Intermediate English – required for reading and basic communication in a global corporate environment; * Spanish – advantageous but not mandatory; * Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience; * **Proficiency in specific software:** Technical Experience: Proven track record in database management and cloud environments (Azure experience is advantageous). • Advanced SQL expertise: Proficiency in complex queries, database structuring, and optimization. • API Integration: Practical experience integrating systems and consuming services via APIs. • Data Programming: Knowledge of Python for automating routines and processing data. * **Technical Knowledge:** • Data Modeling: Experience with relational and non-relational architectures. • ETL and Visualization: Ability to extract, transform, and prepare data for in-depth analysis. • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban. • Innovation: Understanding of Product Discovery and technical requirements analysis for new products. * **Additional Advantageous Certifications/Experience:** • Experience in digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies. • Experience in geospatial/GIS projects and PostGIS data handling. • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Cloud Computing or Data Engineering. * **This position requires on-site work near Armênia Metro Station in São Paulo.** Continue your career journey as an Arcadiane We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to give their best.
