Implementation and training of LLMs applied to the HR context **Data Scientist Specialist** ====================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description The Data Scientist’s mission is to develop analytical solutions for an Analytics product targeting HR software, contributing to data analysis and modeling focused on people and process management. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team responsible for building predictive models, generating strategic insights, and designing efficient data pipelines. The candidate will also participate in implementing and training LLMs (Large Language Models) tailored to the HR domain, supporting product evolution with emphasis on personalization and scalability. The professional will play an essential role in transforming complex data into intelligent, business-applicable solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * Collaborate with teams to develop analytical solutions applied to the Human Resources context. * Conduct data exploration, processing, and modeling to generate strategic insights. * Develop statistical and predictive models focused on behavioral analysis, performance evaluation, and people management. * Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate the performance of LLMs applied to the product. * Translate business needs into data-driven solutions. * Contribute to technical documentation and data science best practices. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into the final product. * Participate in testing, validation, and iterative model improvements in production environments. * Monitor trends and innovations in data and artificial intelligence, especially HR applications. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Practical experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and exploratory data analysis. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.) and SQL. * Knowledge of concepts and applications of LLMs (Large Language Models). * Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Desirable Qualifications * Prior experience with HR data or People Analytics. * Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Dash, etc.). * Experience deploying models in production environments. * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in Data Science or AI.
